ABOUT VEZTRA
Veztra was not built by software people who discovered logistics. It was built by an operator who spent six-plus years inside the work: picking, packing, loading docks, carrier calls, claims, and the exception queue that never empties. This is the story, told plainly.
FIRST PLANS
I started in a different discipline entirely: Architecture and Building Technology at Covenant University in Nigeria. I learned to draw structures, to think in systems, and to respect the gap between a plan on paper and what actually gets built. I did not know it yet, but that gap would define my career.
THE FLOOR
In Canada, my logistics education started at the bottom: on a warehouse floor, as a picker and packer. The floor teaches you something no dashboard can. Every parcel is a promise somebody typed into a browser. When a label prints wrong or a tote goes missing, that promise is already breaking, and nobody upstairs knows yet.
THE DOCK
As a team lead on the dock of a national distribution operation, I saw where promises break in bulk. Trucks that leave without their freight. Cutoffs missed by minutes. Scans that never happen, so a parcel disappears from the record while it sits in plain sight.
THE QUEUE
Then I became a coordinator, and the exception queue became my job. Carrier calls, claims paperwork, buyer emails, customs gaps, ten open tabs, and a spreadsheet that was always one day behind. I am the person this product is built for. I know exactly what that inbox feels like on a Monday morning.
THE DEGREE
The floor changed my plans. I went back to school for a Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain Management at Humber Polytechnic in Toronto, because I wanted the discipline behind the instinct. Six-plus years of hands-on operations, then the theory to organize what the floor had already taught me.
THE BUILD
Veztra is the tool I kept looking for as a coordinator and could not find. One queue that ranks exceptions by consequence. The next action prepared with the evidence attached. Nothing buyer-facing or carrier-facing leaves without a human saying yes. It is the control tower I needed on the floor.
HOW WE BUILD
No buyer message, carrier communication, or claim leaves Veztra without human review. The approval step is the product, not a checkbox.
The order, the scans, the conversation, and the documents live on the case. Decisions happen with the record in view, not from memory.
Workspace isolation is enforced at the database layer and tested on every code change.
How we handle dataA demo walks your exception queue, not a slide deck. Questions land with the founder directly.
