How is pricing calculated?
Starting rates are shown above, by plan, not by seat, so the whole ops team can use Veztra without per-user fees. Your parcel allowance and rollout scope are confirmed together on your demo call, based on order volume and carrier mix.
How long does integration take?
Setup depends on your carriers, commerce platform, and helpdesk. You can start with a CSV shipment manifest, then add direct connections with our team. We confirm the scope and timing during your demo.
What happens if we exceed our parcel allowance?
Nothing shuts off automatically. If your volume grows past what we scoped, we invoice the difference manually and revisit your plan together.
Which carriers do you support?
Tracking connections are available for FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and Canada Post. CSV upload covers other carriers; we confirm your exact account and data requirements during the demo.
Is our order and customer data secure?
Workspace data is tenant-scoped, AI-assisted outbound drafts stay under human review, and operational approvals and changes are recorded in the activity trail.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month unless you opt into annual billing for the 15% discount. No cancellation fees.
