THE VEZTRA PLATFORM
Veztra gives DTC logistics teams one AI-assisted operating surface for the exceptions that sit between carriers, buyers, support, claims, and customs. It brings the context together, prepares the work, and keeps the consequential decision with your operator.
THE PROACTIVE INBOX
Tracking events alone leave coordinators to reconstruct what happened and what to do next. The Proactive Inbox combines the signal with the business context, ranks the work, and opens the relevant action without losing the shipment record behind it.

Context
Each item stays attached to its order, buyer, parcel value, conversation, deadline, and relevant evidence.
Priority
Urgency, severity, customer importance, value, and return-to-sender pressure help rank the work that needs attention.

RECOVERY OPERATIONS
Failed delivery is where carrier procedure, buyer response, and a shrinking return-to-sender window collide. Veztra turns that pressure into a reviewable sequence instead of an improvised chain of tabs and messages.
01 · FAILED DELIVERY
A failed-delivery case brings together the carrier reason, attempt count, buyer and order context, parcel value, and return-to-sender deadline. The workspace's carrier playbook determines the recommended next step, while the operator can see the rationale and full case before acting.
02 · BUYER RECOVERY
Send a branded recovery link where the buyer can propose a corrected address or pickup preference. Their response returns to the case for an operator to review, edit, and confirm before Veztra updates the internal order context and stages the carrier-facing instruction.
A proposal, not an invisible write-back
The buyer cannot directly change the carrier record. Your operator controls what is accepted and what instruction moves forward.
03 · HUMAN-APPROVED COMMUNICATION
Prepare carrier traces, reattempt requests, buyer notices, claim-intent messages, and verification inquiries from the live case. Teams can review a single draft or work through a batch without turning approval into a blind send.
Approved communication can be dispatched through supported connected helpdesk and email paths; helpdesk replies are pulled back into the ticket.
Veztra uses the shipment, order, exception, and conversation context already attached to the case.
The operator can edit the message and check the underlying shipment before approving it.
Approved messages can move through a supported connected helpdesk or outbound email path.
Helpdesk replies return to the ticket so the next action is based on the latest conversation.
CLAIMS & CUSTOMS
Veztra uses the order and shipment record to prepare structured work for claims and customs holds. Suggested content remains editable, source values stay visible, and the final external submission remains your team's responsibility.
04 · CLAIM PACKAGES
Draft the claim category, amount, narrative, reasoning, and evidence checklist from the shipment record. Review the assembled material, fill any gaps, and generate a branded claim-package PDF that keeps the evidence together.
Veztra does not automatically file the claim with the carrier. Your operator downloads the completed package and submits it through the carrier's required portal or channel.
05 · CUSTOMS HOLDS
A customs hold arrives in the queue with the shipment, order, and value context attached, so your team can judge what it needs. When that is a commercial invoice, Veztra pulls order, recipient, and line-item details into an editable document, suggests HS codes for common product categories and countries of origin while preserving merchant-provided values, and flags anything it can't confidently classify for manual review.
Veztra prepares the document; it does not submit it to a carrier or customs authority. Your team reviews, downloads, and uses it in the required external process.
06 · VERIFICATION & LEARNING
Some of the most expensive exceptions are the ones without a fresh scan. Veztra identifies out-for-delivery parcels that pass their carrier window, asks an operator to verify the outcome, and routes unresolved cases into the appropriate recovery workflow.
Delivery verification closes the scan gap
Confirm delivery when the parcel arrived, or create the right follow-up when it did not. The outcome becomes part of the shipment's operational history.
MORNING BRIEF
A scheduled brief summarizes the active workload, deadline pressure, priority exceptions, and silent out-for-delivery parcels. Deliver it by supported email or Slack connections so the team starts from the same picture.
REPORTING
Track resolution time, work completed before deadlines, carrier performance, recovered claim value, and the outcomes that followed recommended actions.
RECOMMENDATION DIARY
Veztra records the recommended action as cases change, creating a history that can be compared with completed work and outcomes rather than relying on memory.
PLAYBOOK LEARNING
When outcome patterns support a different failed-delivery approach, Veztra can surface a playbook suggestion. A coordinator reviews and applies the change through the same controlled settings path.
OPERATIONAL FOUNDATION
Veztra combines deterministic operating rules with AI-assisted drafting. Rules govern deadlines and playbook steps; AI prepares language and structured work; an operator approves the actions that reach a buyer, carrier, claim process, or customs document.
Shipment, buyer, ticket, claim, document, and activity records stay scoped to the active workspace.
Approvals, status changes, and completed work create an operational trail instead of disappearing into private inboxes.
Teams can shape service-level rules, carrier recovery playbooks, templates, sender details, and connected tools.
AI prepares drafts and structured work. Operators retain control of external messages, filings, corrections, and playbook changes.
